Study Administration

Students study according to the rules and regulations of their home university, except for the mobility period. Enrolled students will be assessed according to the assessment system of the home institution. During the mobility period the regulation of the host institution will be applied for the examination of students.

Mutual recognition: The partner institutions formally recognize the modules offered by each partner institution, the grades and credits awarded, which will be included in the student's Transcript of Records. The programme leader defined by the consortium collects the results from the partners and certifies to the consortium the outcome of the assessments of each participant.

Mobility: Students participating in the programme must spend the first semester (30 ECTS) at the OvGU, the second semester (30 ECTS) at the UTAD and the third semester (30 ECTS) at the LSU in order to obtain the final degree from the awarding institutions. All students should be aware of these compulsory mobility period.

Students in the mobility phase are regarded as regular students of the host university and will be granted normal access to the facilities of the host university.

Student’s rights and responsibilities during the mobility period: The students’ rights and responsibilities are the same as those valid for each degree student at the institution where the student is studying at the time. The student must comply with the demands of the institution in question with regard to the documentation required for registration procedures and visa purposes.

Students (except those who benefit from EU scholarships) are responsible for covering the costs of participation in the programme, travel expenses and costs for room and board. Students can apply for financial subsidies through existing mobility programs.
